The picture was taken by one of my trainers during the rehearsal following the scheduled obstacle course (which was ultimately cancelled). The 12-foot wall is THE one hurdle which we girls don't get, and which the boys have to suffer through.
I kinda pictured the ground as "the deep end", and that the poor boys have to get out of there... quickly.

I find the whole of your National Service experience quite unnerving, and think it rather degrading to those present -- congratulate yourself (and I say this in a complementary way), mademoiselle, for you are quite the propagandist.
